Soccer and basketball player here. I had done TRX in physical therapy sessions previously, so I had some knowledge of it. When I found a groupon for PPC, I knew i wanted to try it out. That was about 8 months ago, and I’ve been a member here ever since. The workouts are great training for my athletic needs and I’ve lost 5-6 lbs along the way. I’m 36 years old now and am probably playing the best soccer of my life. I couldn’t have done this without Alan and PPC.

Like any other workout, you get out of it, what you put in. My favorite part about working out here, is that you don’t have to think about what parts of your body you need to work out that day. You just show up and the workouts are already designed. Everyone works out together and it’s a great environment. So not only am I in the best shape of my life, but I made some awesome friends along the way.
